SLCH Subtils Grandes-Esperances

Subtils Grandes-Esperances, ”Spirou”, was born with great expectations from his future owner, Simone Grande, who likes to train and compete with her dogs. Spirou started his search-training already as a small puppy. His career as an obedience-dog started when he was one year old winning his first competition.
He was a soft, gentle dog, very eager to please, nice to people and other dogs, very easy to live with, though his softness made him sensitive to unpleasant experiences. This made him a wonderful dog to train with, but the strenuous situation when competing was sometimes too much for him.
As a search-dog he reached the highest class (elite) where he was approved.
As an obedience-dog (he was a Swedish Obedience Champion) he won mastership in the district of Uppland, and he competed twice in obedience in the Swedish Mastership. He spent his last years with Carin Hesselfors, where he was very much loved and appreciated and where he could roam freely in rural surroundings.

Subtils Gazeau-Fier

Gazeau was the kind of dog that showed responsibility and acted independently. He and his master competed a few times in obedience but they trained more than they competed. He loved training since his master was so much more fun to be with during training. His master used to call him "Tiger heart" because he did everything thats was asked of him. He had no fear of anything - whether it would be hights, slippery floors, the underground or other not so nice things that his master found out to visit. Although he was a big dog, he was always the dog that his master let children, old people and people who was scared of dogs meet and he was always fantastic with puppies.

SBCH SUCH Korad Subtils Fidèle

the last of the F-litter was put to sleep just before Christmas 2001. During his last year this photo was taken. When you see this picture you can hardly imagine that he was 14 years and 9 months old. He could not hear anything and he did not move as freely any longer but he was not particularly grey. He was the last of an excellent litter. Everybody in that litter was very keen when it came to work . Fidèle was himself a Working Dog Champion (tracking) as well as a Swedish Show Champion.

He will be missed but he had a long and good life.

Subtils Ixo

Ixo was a very nice and fun male to work with. He and his master trained and competed in träcking, retrieving and obedience. He had easy to learn most of the times and was eager to satisfy his master. Well, sometimes he could do other things as well - hunt for instance, but there was no problem in stopping him at those times.

He was clear to compete in tracking II. Although he was out a lot he was not completely at ease with strange people. He wanted to say hello, but his courage did not bring him all the way. His insecurity made his master uncertain of him. He loved everyone he knew and gave them all.
